Immigration Anchorages
(Amendment) Notification 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Immigration Anchorages (Amendment) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 26th May 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Immigration Anchorages Notification (N 2) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 14, the following item:

“15.	Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore

For passenger vessels arriving in or are about to leave Singapore. ”.
