(Major Business Events — Control Order)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Major Business Events — Control Order) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 8 May 2021.
Amendment of regulation 4
2.  Regulation 4(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Major Business Events — Control Order) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 278/2021) is amended by deleting “8” in sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting “5”.
