(Amendment No. 4) Order 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister relating to human resource management in the Civil Service, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (a) in the second column of item 4 and substituting the following paragraph:

“(a)

Timescale officers in any of the General Services holding posts in the Ministry of Communications and Information, the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Manpower, the Ministry of National Development or the Ministry of Social and Family Development.”;

(b)

by deleting the name “Mr Chan Yeng Kit” in the third column of item 4 and substituting the name “Mr Aubeck Kam”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Benny Lim Siang Hoe” in the third column of item 4, the name “Ms Yeoh Chee Yan”; and

(d)

by deleting the name “Dr Tan Kim Siew” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Mr Chan Yeng Kit”.
