Planning Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60A of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 28th October 2004.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Planning Act is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (f) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraphs:

“(g)	industrial retail building;
(h)	warehouse retail building.”.
