Evidence (Computer Output) (Amendment) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35(5) of the Evidence Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Evidence (Computer Output) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2004.

Amendment of regulation 8

2. Regulation 8 of the Evidence (Computer Output) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “National Computer Board” and substituting the words “Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore”.

Amendment of Second Schedule

3. The Second Schedule to the Evidence (Computer Output) Regulations is amended by deleting the words “Process of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.” and inserting the following Note:

“(Note: The reference to the process has been deleted.)”.
