Dental Registration (Amendment)
Regulations 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Dental Registration Act, the Singapore Dental Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dental Registration (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2012.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Dental Registration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$200” in item 1(a) and substituting “$300”; and
(b)	by deleting “$200” in item 5(a) and substituting “$300”.
