(Amendment)
Regulations 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2009.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Companies Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “21 years of age and that I am of full capacity” in sub-paragraph (a)(i) of Form 45 and substituting the words “18 years of age and that I am otherwise of full legal capacity”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “21 years of age and that I am of full legal capacity” in sub-paragraph (I)(a) of Form 45A and substituting the words “18 years of age and that I am otherwise of full legal capacity”.
