(Chapter 114)
Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2005.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is amended by deleting item (5) and substituting the following item:
“(5)  Changi Airport Cargo Terminal Complex
All that area comprised part of Lot Nos. 1288Cpt, 3363Kpt, 4288Tpt, 4289Apt, 4290Ppt and 4294Npt and Lot Nos. 1246V and 1273L occupied by “CHANGI AIRPORT CARGO TERMINAL COMPLEX — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of about 474,784 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:
The boundary commences at the eastern-most corner of “CHANGI AIRPORT CARGO TERMINAL COMPLEX — FREE TRADE ZONE” which point is 40,701.9 metres North and 46,632.8 metres East of the Survey Department origin of co-ordinates, the boundary runs along successive lines of fence of bearings and distances as follows:

Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  The Second Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification is amended by deleting Plan V and substituting the following Plan:

UNKNOWN”.
