Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 1996 and shall come into operation on 18th October 1996.

2. Item 19 of Part I of the First Schedule to the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act is amended by deleting paragraph (e) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(e)	the SNP Printing Pte Ltd and the SNP Security Printing Pte Ltd;”.
