Environmental Protection and Management Act
(Chapter 94A)
Environmental Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1) of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2009.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Environmental Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by inserting, immediately below the item “Acetic acid”, the following item:
