Fees (Property Tax) (Amendment) Order 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Fees (Property Tax) (Amendment) Order 2016.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Fees (Property Tax) Order (O 34) is amended —
(a)by deleting item (2);
(b)by deleting “$47” in the second column of item (3)(a) and substituting “$40”; and
(c)by deleting “$18” in the second column of item (7)(a) and substituting “$20”.
