Private Education
(Amendment) Regulations 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Private Education Act, the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills), makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Private Education (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 11 July 2017.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Private Education Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 617/2009) is amended —

(a)	by deleting item 22 of Part I;
(b)	by deleting Part II; and
(c)	by renumbering Part III as Part II.
