Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 7th September 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification (N 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting item (16) relating to Park Hotel Orchard, Singapore; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after item (177), the following items:
“(178)  Wanderlust Hotel.
(179)  Santa Grand Hotel Chinatown.
(180)  Grand Park Orchard.”.
