Public Entertainments and Meetings Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 16th November 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Paragraph 3 (e) of the Schedule to the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act is amended by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (xxxxi), the following sub-paragraph:

“(xxxxii)

Civil Service College.”.

Made this 1st day of November 2001.
