Stamp Duties (Matrimonial Proceedings) (Remission) (Amendment) Rules 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 74 and 77 of the Stamp Duties Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Matrimonial Proceedings) (Remission) (Amendment) Rules 2007 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 19th December 2007.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Stamp Duties (Matrimonial Proceedings) (Remission) Rules 2005 (G.N. No. S 447/2005) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the definition of “HDB flat” in paragraph (1); and
(b)	by deleting paragraph (3).
