Restriction of Speed (Roads) (Amendment) Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Restriction of Speed (Roads) (Amendment) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 18th September 2001.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Restriction of Speed (Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Jalan Buroh”, the following item:

“Jurong Island Highway.”.
