(Chapter 289)
Securities and Futures (Markets) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 38 (d), 45 and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Markets) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 27th February 2008.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Markets) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 367/2005) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 8, the following item:
“9.  Singapore Commodity Exchange Ltd”.
