Poisons (Amendment) Rules 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Poisons Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment) Rules 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2009.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Poisons Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting the item “Acetic anhydride”.
