(Public Cleansing) (Amendment No. 3)
Regulations 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2015.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (1) of paragraphs 6 to 9 and substituting in each case the following sub‑paragraph:

“

(1)	Domestic premises provided with —

(a)	direct refuse collection

$24.81 per premises

(b)	indirect refuse collection

$7.49 per premises.

”.
