(Strata Titles Boards) (Amendment)
Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 136 of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (Strata Titles Boards) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 15 January 2018.

Deletion of regulation 29

2. Regulation 29 of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (Strata Titles Boards) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 195/2005) is deleted.
