(Health Promotion Board — Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2020.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) Order 2020 (G.N. No. S 86/2020) is amended by deleting the words “from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on 31 March 2020” in the definition of “draw” and substituting the words “at 4 p.m. on 2 April 2020”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. Paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) Order 2020 is amended by deleting the words “1 July 2020” and substituting the words “3 July 2020”.
