Immigration (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Immigration (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Notification 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1999.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Immigration (Composition of Offences) Notification 1998 (G.N. No. S 330/98) is amended by deleting the words “and 15(3)” in paragraph (1) and substituting the words “, 15(3) and 29(4)”.
