Maintenance of Parents
(Amendment) Rules 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Maintenance of Parents Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Maintenance of Parents (Amendment) Rules 2016 and come into operation on 16 May 2016.

Amendment of rule 11

2. Rule 11 of the Maintenance of Parents Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (2).
