Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads)
(Amendment No. 3) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 21 June 2016.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Scotts Road”, the following item:

“Seletar Aerospace Drive.”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Seletar Aerospace Way”, the following item:

“Seletar Link.”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Yishun Avenue 7”, the following item:

“Yishun Avenue 8.”.
