Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 14th October 2005.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Warren Golf & Country Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Warren Charity Open 2005 to be held from 14th October 2005 to 16th October 2005 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 16th October 2005.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Warren Golf & Country Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 19th October 2005.
