Public Entertainments and Meetings Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Paragraph 3 (e) of the Schedule to the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (xxxviii), and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraphs:

“(xxxix)	Health Promotion Board;
(xxxx)	Health Sciences Authority;
(xxxxi)	Singapore Land Authority.”.
