Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act
(Amendment of First Schedule)
Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(a) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 22 August 2016.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Paragraph 1A of the First Schedule to the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (p) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraphs:

“(q)	Rahman Mizanur (Bangladesh citizen) (Passport No. BH0187173) (Date of Birth: 15 March 1985);
(r)	Mamun Leakot Ali (Bangladesh citizen) (Passport No. C0938730) (Date of Birth: 1 August 1986);
(s)	Sohag Ibrahim (Bangladesh citizen) (Passport No. B1640970) (Date of Birth: 26 July 1988);
(t)	Miah Rubel (Bangladesh citizen) (Passport No. BE0522290) (Date of Birth: 12 December 1989);
(u)	Zzaman Daulat (Bangladesh citizen) (Passport No. BA0380544) (Date of Birth: 10 February 1982);
(v)	Sohel Hawlader Ismail Hawlader (Bangladesh citizen) (Passport No. BJ0895662) (Date of Birth: 6 June 1986);
(w)	Md Jabath Kysar Haje Norul Islam Sowdagar (Bangladesh citizen) (Passport No. BH0889740) (Date of Birth: 17 May 1985);
(x)	Islam Shariful (Bangladesh citizen) (Passport No. BE0042984) (Date of Birth: 3 January 1989);
(y)	Mohammad Razif bin Yahya (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 31 July 1988);
(z)	Amiruddin bin Sawir (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 12 February 1963).”.
