Work Injury Compensation
(Amendment) Regulations 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Work Injury Compensation Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Work Injury Compensation (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2012.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3 of the Work Injury Compensation Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “any occupational disease” in paragraphs (1)(c) and (2), the words “referred to in section 4(1) of the Act”.
Amendment of regulation 38
3.  Regulation 38(2) of the Work Injury Compensation Regulations is amended by deleting the words “section 25B” in sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting in each case the words “section 25A, 25B”.
