Building Control
(Buildability and Productivity)
(Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 August 2017.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
2.  The Fifth Schedule to the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 199/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 15, the following items:
“16.  Shaded area in Map 16 at Sengkang Central
MAP 16
17.  Shaded area in Map 17 at Jiak Kim Street
MAP 17
18.  Shaded area in Map 18 at West Coast Vale
MAP 18
19.  Shaded area in Map 19 at Canberra Drive
MAP 19
20.  Shaded area in Map 20 at Silat Avenue
MAP 20
