(Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 3)
Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Registration of Criminals Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Registration of Criminals Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 3) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 1 January 2020.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after Part IA, the following Part:
