In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2017 and come into operation on 8 May 2017.
Deletion and substitution of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2015 (G.N. No. S 226/2015) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
