(Licensing of Air Services) (Amendment No. 3)
Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2014.
Amendment of regulation 2I
2.  Regulation 2I(1) of the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the words “5 years” wherever they appear in sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting in each case the words “10 years”.
