Town Councils Act
(Chapter 329A)
Town Council of Marine Parade (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Marine Parade hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Marine Parade (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1998.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Town Council of Marine Parade (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 53) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 13, the following item:
 
“13A.Shop in complex with no air-conditioning
 
$3.60 per square metre of the area of the shop or part thereof.”.
Made this 23rd day of September 1998.
