(Chapter 70)
Customs (Offices and Stations) (Amendment) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1)(d) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Offices and Stations) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 28th March 2008.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Customs (Offices and Stations) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended by deleting item (10) and substituting the following items:
“(10)  Woodlands Checkpoint, 21 Woodlands Crossing;
(10A)  Woodlands Checkpoint, 1200 Woodlands Road;”.
