(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 131(2) of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 8 September 2016.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 193/2005) is amended by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(c)	any offence under the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (Lift, Escalator and Building Maintenance) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 348/2016).”.
