Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 132, 134 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.
Amendment of rule 3
2.  Rule 3 of the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules (R 28) (referred to in these Rules as the principal Rules) is amended by deleting “A,”, “G,” and “, L”.
Amendment of First Schedule
3.  The First Schedule to the principal Rules is amended by deleting the words “section 120(1)(b)” in the first column of items 1, 2 and 3 and substituting in each case the words “section 120(3)”.
Amendment of Second Schedule
4.  The Second Schedule to the principal Rules is amended —
(a)by deleting Form B and substituting the following Form:
“FORM M
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN”.
(b)by deleting Forms G and L; and
(c)by deleting Form M and substituting the following Form:
“ UNKNOWN”.
