Boundaries and Survey Maps (Prescribed Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(2)(a) of the Boundaries and Survey Maps Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Prescribed Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2005.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Prescribed Fees) Rules (R 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$2,060” in item (1)(a) and substituting “$2,100”;
(b)	by deleting “$731.30” in item (1)(b) and substituting “$745.50”;
(c)	by deleting “$1,565.60” in item (2)(a) and substituting “$1,596”;
(d)	by deleting “$278.10” in item (2)(b) and substituting “$283.50”;
(e)	by deleting “$1,339” in item (3) and substituting “$1,365”;
(f)	by deleting “$515” in item (6) and substituting “$525”;
(g)	by deleting “$123.60” in item (7)(a) and substituting “$126”;
(h)	by deleting “$61.80” in item (7)(b) and substituting “$63”;
(i)	by deleting “$206” in item (8)(a) and substituting “$210”;
(j)	by deleting “$20.60” in item (8)(b) and substituting “$21”;
(k)	by deleting “$1,751” in items (8)(c) and (12) and substituting in each case “$1,785”;
(l)	by deleting “$169.95” in item (9) and substituting “$173.25 ”;
(m)	by deleting “$6.70” and “$3.35” in item (10) and substituting “$6.80”and “$3.40”, respectively;
(n)	by deleting “$267.80” in item (11)(a) and substituting “$273”;
(o)	by deleting “$133.90” in item (11)(b) and substituting “$136.50”;
(p)	by deleting the words “$226.60 plus $12.40” in item (11)(c) and substituting the words “$231 plus $12.60”; and
(q)	by deleting “$11.35” in item (13) and substituting “$11.55”.
