Remote Gambling
(Singapore Sports Council — Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Remote Gambling (Singapore Sports Council — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2019 and is deemed to have come into operation on 9 November 2019.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Remote Gambling (Singapore Sports Council — Exemption) (No. 6) Order 2019 (G.N. No. S 686/2019) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “19 November 2019” in the definition of “draw” and substituting the words “19 January 2020”; and
(b)by deleting the words “8 November 2019” in the definition of “promotion” and substituting the words “31 December 2019”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  Paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the Remote Gambling (Singapore Sports Council — Exemption) (No. 6) Order 2019 is amended by deleting the words “20 February 2020” and substituting the words “20 April 2020”.
