Immigration (Immigration Anchorages)
(Amendment) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Immigration (Immigration Anchorages) (Amendment) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 15 June 2019.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Immigration Anchorages Notification (N 2) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:

“5A.	ONE15 Marina Club

For pleasure craft and yachts arriving in or are about to leave Singapore.”.
