Misuse of Drugs Act
(Chapter 185)
Misuse of Drugs (Board of Visitors for Approved Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 58 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Board of Visitors for Approved Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 20th September 2010.
Amendment of regulation 6
2.  Regulation 6 of the Misuse of Drugs (Board of Visitors for Approved Institutions) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(a)  on his death or resignation; or”.
