Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment) Rules 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 132, 134 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment) Rules 2002 and shall come into operation on 3rd January 2003.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules (R 28) is amended —
(a)by deleting Forms A and B and substituting the following Form:
FORM A
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN”.
(b)by deleting Form C and substituting the following Form:
FORM C
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN”.
(c)by deleting Forms E and F and substituting the following Forms:
FORM E
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN
FORM F
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN”.
