Delegation of Powers
(Ministry of National Development)
(No. 2) (Amendment)
Notification 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for National Development, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) (No. 2) (Amendment) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 13th September 2006.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 1 in the Schedule to the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) (No. 2) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 535/2005) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Section 33(7)” in paragraph (d) and substituting the words “Sections 24C(3) and 33(7)”;

(b)

by deleting “, 16A(3)” in paragraph (e); and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (e), the following paragraph:

“(f)	Rule 18(1) and (2) of the Town Councils (Polling for Lift Upgrading Works) Rules 2005 (G.N. No. S 772/2005).”.
