(Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency)
(Amendment) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “prescribed law enforcement agency” in section 112(5) of the Criminal Procedure Code, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) (Amendment) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 19 March 2020.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 408/2011) is amended by deleting the words “Vigilance, Compliance and Enforcement Division” and substituting the words “Vigilance, Compliance and Enforcement Cluster, Health Products Regulation Group”.
