Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2009.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part XVI of the Schedule to the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order (O 1, 2009 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$90” in paragraph (1)(c) and substituting “$75”;

(b)

by deleting sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (2) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(c)	$15 per month for open parking place or $17 per month for covered parking place.”;

(c)

by deleting sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (3) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(c)	$30 per month for open parking place or $34 per month for covered parking place.”; and

(d)

by deleting sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (4) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(b)	$85 per month (whole day) or $65 per month (Mondays to Saturdays: between 7 p.m. and 7.30 a.m. the following day) (Sundays and Public Holidays: whole day) for open parking place, and $130 per month for covered parking place.”.
