Building Control (Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48(3) of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Building Control (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 11th June 2014.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Building Control (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 443/2012) is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(a)

an offence under section 7A(6), 8(4), 9(11), 10(9), 12(6), 13(2) or (3), 17(9), 22B(2), 22E(5), 22FB(9)(a), 22FD(4), 22FE(6), (7) or (8)(a), 22FF(4), 22FH(2)(a), 22FJ(3), 33(4A) or 43(2) of the Act, other than a continuing offence under section 7A(6), 12(6), 22B(2), 22E(5), 22FE(6) or 22FF(4);”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (i) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(i)	an offence under regulation 50 of the Building Control Regulations 2003;”.
