Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(3) of the Official Secrets Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 14th September 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Official Secrets Act is amended by inserting, immediately before item 5, the following item:
“4.  Competition Commission of Singapore”.
