Public Service (Disciplinary Proceedings)
(Amendment) Regulations 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 116(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service (Disciplinary Proceedings) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 15th April 1998.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Public Service (Disciplinary Proceedings) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “the Secretary to the Education Service Commission, the Secretary to the Police and Civil Defence Services Commission,” in the definition of “Permanent Secretary”.
Deletion of regulation 15
3.  Regulation 15 of the Public Service (Disciplinary Proceedings) Regulations is deleted.
