Notification 2013
Delegated Responsibility
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Lawrence Wong, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Communications and Information, shall, with effect from 10th September 2013, be charged with the responsibility of assisting and advising the Prime Minister on national symbols in so far as such responsibility relates to the national flag and national anthem of Singapore.
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) Notification 2013.
Cancellation
2.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 298/2011) is cancelled.
