Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) (Amendment) Rules 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) (Amendment) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1996.

2. The Third Schedule to the Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) Rules (R 4) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “$5 each” in item (A)(a) and substituting the words “$6 each”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “$10 each” in item (B) and substituting the words “$11 each”. [G.N. Nos. S 373/92; S 235/93]
