Trade Marks (Application of Section 75(4) to
Foreign States) (Amendment) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75(4) of the Trade Marks Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Trade Marks (Application of Section 75(4) to Foreign States) (Amendment) Notification 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Trade Marks (Application of Section 75(4) to Foreign States) Notification (N 3) is amended by inserting, immediately below the word “Democratic People’s Republic of Korea”, the words “Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe”, with effect from 12th May 1998.
